in industrial laundry and
textile rental for the
hospitality industry.
Hello, we are Polarier, the leading company in industrial
laundry and textile rental for the hospitality industry.
For many, laundry may seem like a simple activity, but those of us who know the industry understand that it’s a complex business with many elements to manage to ensure daily quality and service reliability.
When laundry doesn’t work properly—whether due to equipment downtime, linen shortages, washing quality issues, or delivery delays—it directly affects guest satisfaction and creates significant operational problems for the hotel (Housekeeping, SPA, F&B departments, among others), leading to increased costs.
At Polarier, we see ourselves as part of our clients’ team, and our ultimate goal is for guests to have the best possible experience during their stay, especially in relation to their linens. We work alongside our clients to ensure their quality standards are met and to create synergies that optimize their operational costs.
This is why we are not just another laundry company. By choosing Polarier, you are choosing security, quality, competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, and above all, you will work with people who make your day-to-day easier.

Our History
More than 40 years ago, Antonio Arbó, the father of Polarier’s founder, began selling industrial laundry equipment to hotels in the Balearic Islands. His drive to improve and offer new solutions to clients led him to establish Spain’s first laundry training school and design standardized equipment packages based on the type of client to simplify the work of hotel staff. The excellent and professional service provided by his company fueled significant growth and recognition in the Balearic hotel market.
Antonio Arbó continued to closely listen to the needs of his increasingly professionalized clients, who were focusing more on their businesses and seeking specialized companies to add value to their laundry operations.
Antonio Arbó continued to closely listen to the needs of his increasingly professionalized clients, who were focusing more on their businesses and seeking specialized companies to add value to their laundry operations.
That’s when, in 2007, the story of Polarier began, born from years of work, effort, and accumulated knowledge of both laundry operations and the hospitality industry, brought together by the Arbó family and their team. Since its founding and under the leadership of David Arbó (Founder and current CEO), Polarier has remained a pioneer in the industry, becoming one of the first industrial laundry companies in Spain to offer textile rental services.
Polarier has evolved significantly since its inception, but the principles of Antonio Arbó—closeness, honesty, listening to the client’s needs, innovation, and passion for the industry—continue to form the foundation of our culture and drive us forward every day.
