Minimising unscheduled machine downtime

We prepare and implement a customised preventive maintenance plan for your laundry, based on the recommendations of various machine manufacturers and our own experience. We train the technical personnel for the correct execution and fulfilment thereof. This enables us to extend the service life of the equipment.

Maximising machine availability in your laundry

We implement procedures in the event of incidents, by training technicians and establishing control records for each machine to speed up repair times. We can also assist you in evaluating the spare parts stock required, so these are available if needed.

Optimising your maintenance costs

By applying the basic concepts of the TPM methodology (Total Productive Maintenance), we can optimise maintenance costs and improve the technical performance of the machinery, ensuring greater efficiency and productivity. We also look for the best options for the spare parts required in your centre. This enables work machines to be more autonomous and incidents can be resolved more efficiently.

Controlling results

We implement a software to make day-to-day tasks easier to complete (ERP) and a reporting system (MyPolarier) so you can access consistent information at all times for decision-making processes.

MAINTENANCE CONSULTING SERVICE

We focus on assessing how everything works in relation to maintenance management: available staff, training, planning, existence of a preventive plan and compliance assessment, energy consumption, review of control records, assessment of different key indicators (maintenance costs, OEE, no. of incidents, etc.).   • Sizing of spare parts warehouses. We help customers to dimension a stock of spare parts to maximize the availability of machinery, identify critical parts and machines within their laundry to minimize the costs of immobilized stock.
  • Supply of spare parts on request. We provide on-time solutions to the supply of spare parts that may be a problem for our customers.

  • Supply and spare parts management. We are fully integrated with our customers in the provisioning and management of all spare parts for machinery. We look for the best solution in price and quality of the market, locally and internationally. We register the inputs, exits, and consumption of spare parts in order to have greater control of the stock. In addition, this solution is compatible with the agreements that our customers have with their suppliers.
